Beim 7950X3D liegt dieser Speicher gestapelt direkt über den Kernen. Genau davon lebt eine Simulation, die dauernd dieselben Felder, Fahrzeuge und Wegpunkte anfasst: Was im Cache liegt, muss nicht erst aus dem Arbeitsspeicher geholt werden. Bei sieben Höfen auf derselben Karte ist das der Unterschied zwischen flüssig und ruckelig.
