With the Beans & Alpacas Expansion, Farming Simulator 25 travels to South America: to the new region Catuaí, where coffee terraces cover gentle hills, red soil shapes the land and lush green blankets the mountainsides. The expansion releases on October 27, 2026 and adds a new crop (coffee), new animals (alpacas & Brahman cattle), fresh production chains and 25+ new machines.

What's new about this expansion?

The centerpiece is the new map Catuaí — a lush, humid valley with narrow roads, dusty tracks, rocks and a winding river. A small village with colorful buildings, shops and farm depots connects the region, while stilt houses line the riverbanks.

Alongside the map come new production chains (including pigment and resin), a construction project at the research center, and a collecting feature: find dinosaur bones and display them in the museum. On top of that, improved soil-cultivation animations and new effects add to the immersion.

Coffee, alpacas & new animals

  • Coffee — a new crop: grow, tend and harvest coffee beans on terraces.
  • Alpacas — tame animals you can shear and lead, adding a whole new way to interact with your livestock.
  • Brahman cattle — a new cattle breed that fits the warmer region perfectly.
  • Wildlife — crocodiles and parrots bring the environment of Catuaí to life.

Machines & brands — 25+ new implements

The expansion brings more than 25 new machines from Case IH, Ford, John Deere, KUHN, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, New Holland, Oxbo, Stara and Valtra — and many more. New to the FS series: manufacturer Colombo Industries makes its debut with this expansion.

So all players can use the Beans & Alpacas Expansion, everyone must own the same expansion — just like with other FS25 DLCs. The server must be updated to the matching game version at release.

All players buy the expansion

Every player who wants to use the new region, animals and machines needs to own the expansion. Players without it may still be able to join the server, but won't see the new content.

Update the server after release

After October 27, 2026, update the server to the current version in the web interface if the update isn't applied automatically.

The new map can be created as a savegame, and the new machines appear automatically in the vehicle dealer — no manual installation needed.
