## FiveM Server — GTA V Roleplay & Custom Game Modes

FiveM turns GTA V into a multiplayer platform for roleplay, races, minigames and more. Your own FiveM server gives you full control over scripts, vehicles, maps and rules.

**Requirement:** Every player needs a legal copy of GTA V. FiveM is a free mod client that is installed separately.

## Setting Up the Server

**1. Order your server**

**2. Generate a Cfx.re key**

Create a server key at **keymaster.fivem.net**. Without a key the server cannot start.

Most FiveM servers use a framework for gameplay logic:
